More About CTL

CTL Home Solutions is a full-service contracting company with a commitment to quality, precision, and customer satisfaction. Established by Colby Johnson, a professional mechanical engineer who studied at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, the company brings a strong technical foundation and attention to detail to every project. He was joined by his brother, Emmett Lawson, a mechanical engineer from Oregon State, who serves as a project manager. Together, the team utilizes their engineering backgrounds and construction industry experience to create a uniquely attentive building experience.

Their engineering mindset shows up on the job site through disciplined planning, creative problem-solving, and an insistence on doing things right the first time. Projects are approached methodically, with a sharp focus on precision, efficient workflows, and proactive issue prevention. They maintain clean, orderly work environments as a standard, not an afterthought, creating safer and more efficient job sites. This commitment to detail and high standards reflects a culture of craftsmanship and perfectionism that consistently delivers polished, reliable results.

At CTL Home Solutions, the standard is straightforward: deliver craftsmanship and professionalism that meet the expectations we’d have for our own homes. Building strong, positive relationships with clients matters just as much—we want you to feel comfortable and genuinely glad to work with us. As an active member of the Corvallis community, Colby is committed to work he can confidently stand behind.

For remodeling projects, we make every effort to minimize disruption to your daily routine. Having personally experienced what it’s like to live through renovations, we understand the challenges and plan our work accordingly. From start to finish, we’re there to guide you through the process and make it as smooth and manageable as possible.
