The Process
1. First Contact
Give us a call, text, or email! We will have a few general questions about the project and will set a day and time to meet you in person so we can see the project site.
4. Work!
Once a schedule is agreed upon, it is time to make your dream a reality! We will have frequent check-ins along the way to ensure you are up to date and satisfied every step of the project process.
5. Finishing Touches
As we wrap up your project, we’ll sit down together to generate a “punchlist” of items left to address before the project is complete. This ensures that not even the smallest detail is overlooked. If it is important to you, it is important to us.
2. Site Visit
We will visit your project site, sit down with you, discuss your needs and vision on how to achieve them, and take sketches and measurements.
3. Estimate → Feedback → Proposal
Soon after our site visit, we’ll send you a project estimate. We will then communicate back and forth to accurately determine the project scope and answer any questions. A formal proposal and contract will then be written and signed.
6. We Stand Behind Our Work
If you need us again for any reason, related to something we worked on or not, just give us a call. We are always here to help, even after your project is complete.
Some Example Documents We Use
Schedule: A schedule, like the one shown below, will be given to you when we meet to sign the proposal. This will give you an idea for the project timeline. We will work together to move things around to better fit your busy schedule.
Customer Purchase Sheet: This sheet of decisions and dates will be given to you at the time of the proposal signing. This is a purchase sheet that outlines all the decisions you will need to make and by what date they need to made in order for the project to stay on track.
