The desire for a full master suite led us to add this 12’x14’ addition onto the existing master bedroom. The addition housed a full bathroom with custom tile shower, built in linen closet, double vanity, and a walk-in closet. In between the addition and the existing house, a collapsing concrete entryway was removed and a synthetic deck spanning the entire space added. A new concrete walkway was poured from the deck out to the driveway. The bathroom floor received embedded electric resistance heating and the a new solar tube was installed. A new roof was installed on the entire structure after the new roof-line of the addition was tied into the existing structure.
