Deck and Handrail
Leaks from the top mounted railing posts caused drywall damage in the garage and rot in the structural members of the building. All rot was properly fixed and a new PVC roof membrane installed. A floating deck was constructed on top of the roof membrane and a new face-mounted, stretched cable railing system was installed. The existing deck boards were used in conjunction with a new picture frame accent.
