Secondary Master Suite
This project consisted of converting an existing upstairs storage/playroom into a secondary master suite. One of the existing alcoves was converted into large shower, new framing was added for a walk-in closet and a throne room. All new engineered hardwood flooring was installed in the main areas, while electric resistance heated tile was installed in the closet, bathroom, shower, and throne room. New window trim and baseboard were installed throughout to match the existing style of the home. A free-standing mini-split with a ceiling mounted cassette was installed to provide this 1,000 sqft space with its own heating and cooling capabilities.
